Booking conditions

On booking of a tour or safari a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. We will then require the full balance (tour amount) 30 days before departure.

Cancellation fees
The following charges will apply:

20%	30 days before departure
40%	21 – 30 days before departure
60%	14 – 21 days before departure
80%	7 – 14 days before departure
100%	less than 7 days before departure
